How to update your email signature in Outlook for Mac (web address and link)

This guide shows you how to add a website link to your email signature so that it directs recipients to the correct web address.
Idea
Please ensure the new website address appears above the old one in your email signature.
  1. Open Outlook.
  2. In the top menu bar, click Outlook (to the left of “File”), then select Settings.
  3. In the Settings window, click Signatures.
  4. Select the signature you’d like to update, then click Edit.
  5. In the signature editor, place your cursor directly after the “m” in www.linkhealthgroup.com.
  6. Right-click and choose Insert > Row Above.
  7. In the new row, type: www.link-health.com.
  8. Carefully select only link-health.com. (Note: If you see a long blue highlight after the text, please deselect it and ensure only the intended text is selected before proceeding.)
  9. Right-click and choose Link.
  10. In the Text to Display field, ensure it says: www.link-health.com.
  11. In the Address field, enter: https://www.link-health.com/
  12. Click OK to save the hyperlink.
  13. Adjust the link’s colour and remove any underlining so it matches the style of your existing signature.
  14. Click Save in the signature editor.
  15. Close the editor (red button).
  16. Send yourself a test email to confirm the link appears as expected and directs to the correct website.
