How do I reset my Microsoft 365 password using the self-service portal?
You can reset your Microsoft 365 password at anytime. Please note you must enrol for the self-service portal. Details onhow you can do this can be found here.
Q: I'm enrolled with the self-service portal. How do I perform a password reset?
- VisitMicrosoft Online Password Resetor choose “Forgotten my password” on your new M365 login page, as shown below.
- Enter your LiNK email address and the characters to verify you are human – as shown below.
- Click “Next’ and follow the on-screen prompts, using the verification methods you have registered.
- Enter your new password.
- Save your details.
