How to Connect to Our New Zero Trust Network

We are moving away from the old VPN system and rolling out Cloudflare Zero Trust for a more secure, reliable, and seamless way to connect.
Notes
Please make sure the WireGuard VPN is switched off before enabling the WARP app, otherwise the connection will not work. To disable it, click the "dragon menu icon", select "Manage Tunnels", and choose "Disable". WireGuard will be automatically uninstalled at the end of October.

Getting Started with WARP Zero Trust

Follow the steps below to set up the WARP app and connect to our new network.
  1. Click the "WARP" app in your menu bar.

  2. Select "Next" and accept any prompts.
  3. "Click the slider" to connect (it will turn orange).
  4. Click the "Cog" icon in the top right.
  5. Select "Preferences".
  6. Under "General", make sure "Launch at login" is ticked.
  7. Go to "Account".
  8. Click "Login to Cloudflare Zero Trust".
  9. When asked for a team name, enter: linkhealthgroup.
  10. Click "Done".
  11. Click "Next" and accept any further prompts.
  12. If prompted to sign in:
    • Choose Azure login.
    • Enter your LiNK email address and password.
  13. Click "Open" when asked.
  14. Finally, "slide the button to switch on" (it will turn blue).

You should now see a blue message saying “Your Internet is protected.”
